The Aspen Inn Bed and Breakfast is a two-story craftsman home featuring four spacious rooms, each with a private bath. This historic downtown home was built in 1912 by Judge C.B. Wilson; rumored to be the cousin of famous gunslinger Wyatt Earp. It features over 3,300ft² of living space, and is equipped with a formal dining room and living room. The spacious kitchen has a double oven, cooking island, and a utility sink.
The Inn is complete with a private back yard, expansive parking, and a garage with lots of potential. The bed and breakfast is in immaculate condition and has recently been professionally repainted inside and out.
DAY IN THE INNKEEPER’S SHOES

A few minutes later, and they’re deep in conversation amongst themselves or with other guests.
After breakfast, you have time to clean up the table, do dishes, and take care of email inquiries before the guests check-out or leave for the day. Once they’ve gone, you do a full or partial cleaning of the room depending on whether they’ve checked-out.
If you have new guests checking-in that day, check-in time is between 4-6pm (now, with cell phones, many guests let you know exactly when they’ll be coming into town).
